All software purchased Includes 60-Day Premium support subscription from the day of purchase or installation, which ever is first. Premium support response time is within 1 business day via email only.

After the initial 60 day Premium support subscription, you can purchase a one year support subscription for $499.00 per module per url. The one year support subscription includes software updates, support questions and any software bugs.

Support On Demand

You can purchase our Support On Demand for $125 per hour which includes talking directly to a support technician via our toll free telephone number, instant messaging or email.

Provision of support does not constitute a guarantee that a particular website will be completed to the customer's satisfaction, only that the Synergy Site Manager staff will make a good faith effort to spend the time in the most efficient way possible, and document how support time was spent.
