Refunds will not be provided under any circumstances. It is the purchaser's responsibility to assess whether the software will meet his or her needs by requesting and using a full working demo of the software application.
Premium support period begins on date of purchase or installation, which ever comes first, not date of first use. Premium support period includes unlimited question-and-answer support with Synergy Site Manager support staff via email. Response is guaranteed within 1 business day. Premium support does not include phone, or chat support. Support staff will answer questions in a timely and professional manner, but will not perform work on any web site. If you need integration done for you, please inquire about purchasing our professional services.
After the end of the premium support period, licensee may purchase a renewal of premium support, or revert to Basic Support. Basic Support options include Online Manual, and Public Support Forums (no guaranteed response). Prospective buyers should view the available online manual, and support forums to determine whether the software will be useable for his or her purposes without personalized support. If not, buyer should purchase a version of the software which includes personalized support.
One website is defined as one or more website domains which point to identical content regardless of which domain is accessed.
In order to run the software, buyer must either purchase Synergy web hosting service, or have another suitable host available.
Synergy Site Manager's maximum liability for damages due to defects in the software shall be the software purchase price. Under no circumstances shall Synergy Site Manager be liable for loss of data or harm to developers or clients business, even if such loss is caused by a defect in the software.
Updates within a specific version can be purchased and installed for $100 plus GST and new version updates can be purchased for 50% of the original price paid.
