Minor version upgrades (e.g. 2.2 to 2.4) are free when hosted by us. Major version upgrades (e.g. 2.0 to 3.0) occur about once per year, and cost 50% of the non-upgrade license fee. For both minor and major version upgrades, paid integration support in addition to any license fee may be required for template or other compatibility updates.
