Subscriptions Must Be Renewed on or before Expiration Date for all modules purchased
Projects not renewed before they expire will now need to pay the full new-license price in order to restart support. Failing to renew and then needing programming, new customization quotations and or support later will require you to purchase a new-license for all modules installed at full price.
All software purchased Includes 1 Year Premium support subscription from the day of purchase or installation, which ever is first. Premium support response time is within 1 business day via email only.
After the initial 1 Year Premium support subscription, you can purchase a one year support subscription for $499.00 per module per url. The one year support subscription includes software updates, support questions and any software bugs.
